Job descriptionwhole IT support, including helpdesk and first level contact; responding to and resolving technical problems within worldwide entities (NA region) performing software installations, hardware deployments, system rebuilds participation in implementation and testing of new IT systems cooperation with external IT providers maintenance of IT documentation fluent written and spoken English skills (B2 level is a must) availability to work between 10 am - 6pm (preferably) experience in an internal IT department good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory flexible, solution - oriented approach and a "can-do" attitude strong communication, organizational and planning skills stable employment based on a full-time employment contract benefits package (private medical care, Medicover programme, life insurance, ZFŚS fund, vending machine card) opportunities for professional development within the company work in ambitious, engaged and international team comfortable and friendly work atmosphere sharing the costs of sports activities private medical care life insurance flexible working time fruits corporate library no dress code coffee / tea parking space for employees extra social benefits pre-paid cards employee referral program charity initiatives
