Job description5+ years developing Android Apps Experience with modern architecture patterns (MVVM, MVI, etc.) Deep understanding of the Android ecosystem (APIs and SDK) Knowledge of memory management, profiling tools, and performance optimisation techniques Knowledge of data management (SQLite, Room, Retrofit, OkHttp, etc.) Proficiency in unit testing Analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills Leads technical discussions and engineering conversations within a team Active contribution to work and process improvements Experience with file management on Android Experience with Feature Flags Experience with Jetpack Compose Interest in Cybersecurity 18 000 – 33 400 PLN gross per month Access to Nord Security products and internal learning opportunities Professional growth with training, conferences, and mentorship Health benefits and mental wellbeing programs Team spirit with building events, parties, and celebrations Flexibility with hybrid work arrangement

Main Responsibilities
- Write technical documentation and RFCs
- Ensure quality with unit testing
- Debug and optimise application performance
- Monitor and analyse app performance post‑release to guide future improvements
