Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced automation solutions using low-code platforms and emerging agentic / GenAI technologies.
• Drive proof-of-concept initiatives with business stakeholders and scale them into production environments.
• Act as a solution architect by analyzing processes, selecting appropriate platforms, and ensuring secure, scalable integrations.
• Oversee DevOps activities for automation platforms, including CI / CD, environment strategy, monitoring, and reliability.
• Research and implement emerging standards and protocols (e.g., Model Context Protocol) to strengthen platform capabilities.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, and safety requirements, including guardrails and observability.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to colleagues, fostering a culture of innovation and best practice adoption.
