R&D Engineer

Your responsibilities

Responsible for the market promotion and sales of company products or integrated solutions.
Efficiently identify clients’ technical needs, deliver high-quality technical solutions, and guide the industry’s technological development direction.
Drive product development and implementation based on technical solutions, monitor customer feedback, and propose systematic solutions to address issues.
Continuously innovate and upgrade products to align with technological advancements and market demands.

Our requirements

Master’s degree or higher in Polymer Materials, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Composite Materials, or related fields.

Strong research and innovation mindset; candidates with research accomplishments (papers / patents) are preferred.

Clear analytical thinking, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and resilience under pressure.
