We are seeking a  senior-level Project Manager  to lead the establishment of a  New Legal Entity   in the  United States . This strategic and complex initiative is part of a global effort. Full availability required during  US time zone  working hours is required.

This role is  mission-critical  for our client's organizational growth and carries high visibility. It demands both  strategic oversight  and  hands-on project coordination  – from creating documentation and slides to monitoring every project milestone. The ideal candidate will be highly structured, dependable, and capable of navigating sensitive, cross-regional challenges with professionalism and precision.

Requirements

YOU WILL

  • Lead end-to-end execution of the NLE project in the US region
  • Collaborate with internal PM to align efforts across both NLE workstreams
  • Coordinate  cross-functional project teams  (Finance, IT, HR, Legal, etc.)
  • Define project scope, deliverables, critical paths, dependencies, and resource requirements
  • Establish and drive  Ways of Working (WoW)  for the project team and stakeholders
  • Organize and lead  core team meetings ,  SteerCo sessions , and  follow-ups
  • Develop and manage  project plans , timelines,  budgets , and  risk mitigation strategies
  • Monitor project health and ensure delivery against quality standards
  • Lead planning and oversight of  User Acceptance Testing (UAT)  – involving 60–70 participants
  • Prepare progress updates, documentation, and presentation materials for leadership
  • Identify and manage interdependencies across legal, systems, and compliance areas
  • Support or lead  change management  initiatives as needed

YOU NEED

  • Proven experience in setting up new legal entities , with a clear understanding of all phases and deliverables
  • Strong  leadership skills  and  hands-on delivery capability  required
  • Strong  methodical and detail-oriented  approach – the project requires meticulous tracking and structure
  • Experience in leading  large-scale UAT processes , including participant coordination and monitoring
  • Solid knowledge of  SAP systems  and HR processes related to legal entity setup
  • Familiarity with  corporate support functions  and their role in establishing a new entity (e.g., payroll, accounting, IT systems)
  • Demonstrated expertise in  stakeholder engagement , including with  senior leadership
  • Ability to manage  timelines, risks, budgets , and ensure overall delivery quality
  • Skilled in coordinating  cross-functional teams  across multiple time zones
  • Experience with  change management  and transition planning will be an advantage
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (slide preparation, status reports)
