We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our Risk team as a Capital Adequacy and Credit Risk Monitoring Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for calculating capital adequacy ratios (BIS / CRR STA), verifying the suitability of credit exposures, and actively monitoring credit risk across the bank's portfolio. This is a key position supporting regulatory compliance, internal risk controls, and reporting to senior management.
Capital Adequacy (BIS / CRR STA)
- Calculate and monitor capital adequacy ratios in accordance with the CRR Standardized Approach.
- Conduct regular assessments of capital structure and ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements.
- Prepare capital management reports and provide recommendations to senior leadership
Credit Risk Monitoring & Compliance
Evaluate credit exposures to ensure alignment with risk strategy and internal credit policies.Monitor and analyze the performance of the credit portfolio, identifying early warning signals.Conduct periodic reviews of credit limits, provisions, and collateral adequacy.Ensure proper implementation of credit risk mitigation techniques.Suitability Verification
Verify the appropriateness of credit exposures in terms of regulatory suitability and internal standards.Support consistent documentation and risk categorization of loans and credit lines.Reporting & Documentation
Prepare reports for internal risk committees and regulatory bodies, including documentation related to capital adequacy and credit risk.Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all risk assessments and monitoring processes.Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with finance, credit, and compliance departments to ensure data quality and risk integrity.Coordinate efforts in risk data management, regulatory updates, and implementation of new controls.Preferred Qualifications (a plus, not required) :Professional certifications such as FRM, PRM, CFA, or equivalent.New banking structure in PLCredit Risk & Capital Adequancy
Requirements :
