W związku z dalszym rozwojem naszej organizacji, poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Business System Analyst, która wesprze nas w realizacji projektu z obszaru bankowości mobilnej. Praca odbywa się głównie w modelu zdalnym, jednak raz na kwartał przewidziane są wyjazdy służbowe związane ze spotkaniami, warsztatami lub integracją z klientem.

responsibilities :

analiza potrzeb biznesowych i przekładanie ich na wymagania systemowe;

tworzenie i utrzymywanie dokumentacji analitycznej oraz backlogu;

współpraca z zespołami programistycznymi, testerami i Product Ownerami;

modelowanie procesów biznesowych i systemowych (BPMN, UML);

udział w pełnym cyklu tworzenia oprogramowania – od koncepcji po wdrożenie;

wsparcie w testach, planowaniu oraz doskonaleniu procesów projektowych.

requirements-expected :

wykształcenie wyższe (preferowane kierunki techniczne, informatyczne, biznesowe lub pokrewne);

minimum 4 lata doświadczenia w roli analityka biznesowo-systemowego;

doświadczenie w pracy w środowisku Agile (tworzenie User Stories, definiowanie kryteriów akceptacji, współpraca z Product Ownerem);

umiejętność pracy z narzędziami : Jira, Confluence, GitLab;

znajomość koncepcji integracji systemów oraz pracy z REST API;

praktyczne doświadczenie z SQL, XML, JSON oraz relacyjnymi bazami danych;

umiejętność tworzenia i utrzymywania dokumentacji analitycznej oraz backlogu wymagań;

dobra znajomość języka angielskiego i polskiego (min. B2);

komunikatywność, umiejętność współpracy z różnymi zespołami i rozwiązywania problemów.
