Job description

We’re looking for someone who can take full ownership of Zoho across the company.  Not just an admin, not just a systems person — but a business-oriented Product Owner who will work directly with stakeholders and take our Zoho setup from  “functional” to “high-performance”.

Working Hours : US business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST) with some flexibility

Who You Are

  • Extensive experience with ERP
  • You think like a Product Owner — understanding problems, designing scalable  solutions, and making thoughtful tradeoffs
  • You have strong experience with CRM Systems (3–5 years hands-on, including  CRM, Books, Projects)
  • You understand business processes : sales funnels, financial flows, project  execution, HR onboarding
  • You’re comfortable working across time zones and cultures (especially USA &  Europe)
  • You’re organized (project management), proactive, and fluent in English (written  & spoken)
  • You enjoy being the go-to person for “how do we do this better in Zoho?”

    • Nice to Have

  • Zoho experience preferred
  • Experience leading a Zoho implementation or reimplementation project
  • Familiarity with Deluge scripting, API integrations, and third-party tool connections
  • Previous work in SaaS, Telecom, or Merchant industries
  • Experience building cross-department reporting & dashboards

    • Own and manage the Zoho platform across departments (CRM, Projects, Books, Recruit, etc.) , Collaborate with leadership and department heads to identify system needs and opportunities , Understand, analyze, and improve internal workflows across Sales, Finance, Operations, and HR , Manage Zoho integration with other company systems such as banking, tax and HR systems , Design and implement process optimizations, automations, and dashboards , Manage relationships with external Zoho developers and ensure quality of deliverables , Define and drive a Zoho system roadmap aligned with business priorities , Provide training, documentation, and support for end-users ] Requirements : ERP, CRM, Project management, Books, Projects, API, SaaS, Zoho, Deluge scripting, API integrations, Telecom, Merchant industries
