Your responsibilities

Recruit for Global HQ Roles : Manage the full recruitment lifecycle efficiently, focusing on hiring top talent across various teams at our global headquarters to support our growing organisation.
Collaborate Effectively : Build strong relationships with hiring managers to deeply understand their requirements and provide expert guidance on attracting the best candidates.
Innovate Sourcing Strategies : Develop and implement creative and effective sourcing strategies to engage a diverse pool of candidates.
Champion Our Employer Brand : Act as a brand ambassador for Oviva, showcasing our values and culture to prospective candidates and enhancing our reputation in the market.

Our requirements

Recruitment Experience : Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, in-house or at an agency.

Strong Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. B2 in German is a plus!
