Job description

For our client, a dynamically developing company, provider of platform supporting the optimization of business processes, we are looking for candidates for the position of Head of Sales, who will be responsible for the market in Poland.

Responsibilities :

  • develop, execute a detailed business development plan in Poland,
  • work on strategy to lead a profitable growth by identifying, pursuing and closing new business opportunities whilst prioritizing market segments,
  • manage a team of 20FTE+ sales professionals, create a positive and motivating environment to drive high performance,
  • set ambitious sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds these goals, monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary,
  • drive sales activities as per short and long-term objectives, and regularly report on progress to the senior management team,
  • develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders,
  • work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing and lead generation programs,
  • collaborate with the product development team to understand customer needs and provide feedback for product development.

Requirements :

  • minimum 7 years of experience in B2B sales and business development with IT Products / Platforms / Systems,
  • minimum 4 years of experience in managing a sales team,
  • strong focus on results, target-driven, curious and ambitious,
  • excellent ability to build and maintain relationships,
  • excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
