Job description

A Product Lead leads Product Managers in a certain Product Area and Experience. The PL has extensive experience from actively working as a Product Manager, as well as leadership skills, and loves to develop both people, products and the business.

The mission of a Product Lead

  • Leads Product Managers inside the Product Area in an Experience to help teams succeed, achieve missions and objectives and to bring us closer to EasyPark's vision
  • Actively promotes and builds a product oriented culture in EasyPark to help take us to the next level of being a Product and Tech company

Everyday life as a Product Lead

  • Develops and ensures that Product Teams understand corporate priorities, product vision, product strategy and take clever incremental steps to continuously deliver more valuable products
  • Develops Product Managers into Product superstars that build valuable, viable, feasible and usable products with full focus on customer needs and solving real user problems
  • Supports strategic and tactical product management
  • Promotes, coaches and supports Product Managers on agile product development, its lifecycle, roadmapping and the touchpoints with its surroundings. You understand how to develop and nurture products that are loved and valued by customers and that are viable for the business and feasible to build.
  • Coaches and supports Product Managers to own their domains, including developing new features, technical work, maintenance and innovation
  • Focuses on doing the right thing at the right time. You love to work with objectives, goals, data and metrics. You understand the difference between a business related goal and a product metric. You know how to break the big, fluffy goal into smaller, actionable and measurable steps and you know when and how to test hypotheses.
  • Coaches on Product discovery and ensures that we keep our focus on the user and customer experience
  • Supports and drives product prioritization, together with other Product Leaders and Product Managers
