Your responsibilities
- Has full ownership of the SVS Technology delivery roadmap, manage changes as they arise, keep stakeholders focused on the agreed change outcomes and benefits, and ensure alignment of the strategy with the SVS OKRs.
- Be accountable for end-to-end SVS technology delivery, manage creation and deployment of technology solutions for customers. Additionally track and communicate feasibility of delivery within Agile Teams, support investment cases, hypotheses testing, and capture of demand from Agile Teams.
- Develop clear strategic priorities that ensures SVS resources (capability, people & funding) are enabled to deliver new features and compelling distinctly native services.
- Ensure delivery adheres to delivery standards including Solution Controls Frameworks and Business Transformation Frameworks and define key non-functional requirements for the solution to be developed decompose business requirements into technical solution designs, listen features and stories that can be actioned within Agile Teams.
- Lead teams using agile methodologies, utilise a DevOps approach to ensure each digital product globally operates on a single code base and is delivered through teams operating a continuous integration and continuous delivery framework, toolset and optimise capacity (working within fixed capacity) to better align to the SVS strategic intent and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Manage and track all associated costs / investments against annual budget for designing and developing new services (Change The Bank) as well as managing and supporting existing services (Run the Bank) within Sub-Value Stream.
- Manage risks and dependencies, resolve or escalate impediments optimise flow of work through delivery teams and obtain buy in on critical technology decisions and influences senior management and stakeholders.
- Drive high Technology service performance, resolve incidents in a timely fashion and measure, track and improve customer focused operational KPIs (e.g., customer servicing time, NPS).

The Sub- Value Stream Technology Lead owns the Technology delivery within a Sub Value Stream. The role manages technology cost and allocation of resources, supports prioritisation of delivery ensuring that it is in line with agreed budgets, and serves as the key decision authority on technical solutions and dependencies for the Sub Value Stream.
