We are looking for an experienced Senior Change Consultant to support the implementation of digital transformation initiatives, primarily within the IT Infrastructure and Operations area, for our client in the manufacturing industry.
This role is not tied to a single initiative but covers a range of internal transformations, such as tool replacements and cloud migrations. The consultant will play a key role in driving adoption and behavioral change among a globally distributed workforce. This role is critical in ensuring that change initiatives achieve their objectives on time and within budget by increasing employee adoption and engagement.
The engagement is expected to last between 3 to 6 months, with a possible extension.
responsibilities :
Lead change management initiatives across multiple IT Infrastructure & Operations (IT IO) projects
Assess the scope and impact of planned changes, including evaluating organizational readiness
Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy and plan
Identify key stakeholders and create tailored communication and engagement strategies
Create and deliver communication materials, training resources, and change-related artefacts
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and informational sessions to support user adoption
Support users during technology transitions (e.g. migration from on-prem drives to OneDrive, or tool replacements like SimpleHelp to TeamViewer Tensor)
Monitor change progress, identify risks and resistance, and provide regular reporting
Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers to help them act as effective change agents
Collaborate closely with internal project teams and the Transformation Office
requirements-expected :
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in leading organizational change initiatives
Hands-on experience in change management within IT environments, including digital transformation projects
Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter)
Ability to work independently while also advising and supporting project leads
Experience in building communication strategies and driving user engagement during technology-driven change
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a global, distributed environment
Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management
Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Good knowledge of English and Polish (level B2+ is a minimum).
Experience in IT environments is considered a strong asset
Relevant certifications in change or project management (e.g., Prosci, PMP, Agile) are a plus
