Today, cargo-partner is a well-known player in Air & Sea market in Austria and the CEE region, aiming to become a well-recognized player in the pharma market as well. Together with you, we'll get there

How will you contribute?

  • Setting a clear target list for yourself and the respective countries – aligned with the directors of Business Development and Product Management
  • Acting as the key account manager for defined accounts : identify and develop new business, as well as manage, maintain and maximize potential of strategic key accounts
  • Participating in regular training and future education programs on GDP
  • Supporting the selection and qualification of sub-contractors
  • Assist in customer audits (with the Managing directors and the Quality team)
  • Collaborating with the product team to prepare marketing materials when needed

What do we expect?

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a comparable position and a completed commercial education
  • Understanding of GDP guidelines, familiarity with Temperature Control Regulations and QMS principles in temperature-controlled logistics
  • A collaborative person who works effectively in teams and contributes constructively to group objectives
  • Influential communication skills with customer-centric approach - to deliver exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • A structured individual with critical thinking : able to identify opportunities for cost optimization and business growth
  • Excellent presentation abilities and good MS Office skills (Excel; Power Point)
  • You can be located in any of the countries where we have offices across Europe and for which you have a work permit. This is a full-time job in a hybrid working environment.

    The compensation package includes a base salary (aligned with local market standards) and an annual bonus based on KPI achievements.
