Performance Marketing Manager

Your responsibilities

  • Co-responsible for conception and implementation of digital measures within the Merchant Services division.
  • Support in the planning of online activities in coordination with the MarCom team, Product Management, Sales, Customer Service and Agencies.
  • Co-responsible for the development and coordination of online marketing channels
  • Co-responsible for lead generation activities in dedicated markets. Including designing, implementing, and analyzing Google ads (and other online) strategies and campaigns
  • Supporting teams with Google Search content based on keyword research.
  • Analytics, monitoring and analyzing the relevant markets and prepare reports for management, with recommendation for ROI, traffic, and conversion
  • Collaborate with content managers to optimize web content and ensure it is up to date
  • Create and update pages using our company CMS
  • Analyze and utilize data from tools such as Adobe Analytics
  • Manage and proactively optimize existing digital content and flows
  • SPOC for internal stakeholders related to digital matters in the Nordics
  • Support digital projects, specify requirements and ensure quality of delivery

Our requirements

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in the field of Online / Digital Marketing
  • Capability for KPI-driven Marketing communication by ensuring that activities can be measured
  • Knowledge of Google AdWords and other digital marketing tools.
  • Conceptual, strategic, and quality ensured approach to work
  • Experience in working with Google / META Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and / or other analytics tools
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in web publishing tools (CMS such as AEM) and other digital marketing tools, with a minimum of three years’ experience in web-focused roles ideally in international companies
  • Motivated team player with a collaborative mindset, able to work across borders
  • Distinct networked thinking, strong conceptual skills
  • Communicative and organizational skills with a proactive attitude
  • Fluent in English language skills in spoken and written and good in oral and written Swedish is a plus
