Your Job
Join Phillips-Medisize as Warehouse Shift Leader . In this role you will be responsible for ensuring proper logistics flow within the area of responsibility in order to achieve the assumed company goals.
Our Team
Your will manage group of Warehouse Operators and you will be reporting to Warehouse Leader.
What You Will Do
- Supervision of loading and unloading processes
- Management and supervision of equipment in the resins feeding area
- Management and supervision of component issuance and finished product receipt area
- Management and supervision of the unpacking, cleaning of components, and packing of finished products area
- Willingness to perform operational work in the areas of loading and unloading, issuance and receipt of materials for production until the team is built
- Supervise and Lead Team : Manage and motivating a team of warehouse workers to achieve daily operational goals.
- Organize Job Schedules : Create and manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels.
- Monitor Performance : Track and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews.
- Inventory Management : Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring inventory accuracy.
- Training : Train new employees and provide ongoing training for current staff.
- Reporting : Prepare and submit reports on shift activities, including productivity and any incidents.
- Problem-Solving : Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the shift.
- Promoting and applying in practice PBM rules.
- Segregating wastes systematically, minimizing the use of materials.
- Compliance with the health, safety and fire regulation, procedures and instructions and follow the instructions of Security Officers to maintain safety and order on the premises of the Plant.
- Compliance with the requirements of the systems : Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, and Environmental Management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
