The Opportunity : As a Front-end developer you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing engaging user interfaces that power Astellas’ generative AI platforms and digital transformation initiatives. Also, in addition to leading front-end development, the role requires proficiency in Python and a solid understanding of backend systems and data processing, ensuring seamless integration between the user interface and data services. Key Responsibilities :

• Develop & Maintain User Interfaces : Build responsive, intuitive web applications using modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Backend Integration & Python Support : Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs and leverage Python for scripting, data manipulation, and automation tasks.
• Data Processing & Integration : Assist in designing and implementing data flows between front-end applications and backend systems, ensuring efficient data retrieval and processing.
• Optimize Performance & Accessibility : Ensure applications are optimized for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility while adhering to accessibility best practices.
• Quality Assurance & Debugging : Implement robust testing strategies, debug issues efficiently, and maintain high standards of code quality.
• Mentorship & Continuous Improvement : Mentor junior team members and contribute to refining development workflows and best practices across the full stack.

Additional information : This is a permanent role based in Poland. Role requires a blend of home and a minimum once a week in our Warsaw office in Poland. Flexibility may be required in line with business need. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
