For our Client, an international consumer goods company, we are looking for a candidate for the position of P2P Specialist.
Responsibilities :
- provide responsive and efficient support to external stakeholders by addressing inquiries when possible, or by allocating and following up on relevant tickets,
- gain expertise in the tool, track workflows in the system, and provide timely responses to internal queries,
- specialize in the procurement processes and requirements of specific countries or products, tailoring support services to meet the unique needs and regulations of each country or business unit,
- oversee and optimize P2P workflows to ensure efficiency and compliance with company processes, while collaborating with internal teams to streamline workflows and enhance overall effectiveness,
- ensure adherence to company policies by executing, monitoring, and reporting any non-compliance to relevant stakeholders,
- contribute to the continuous improvement of processes to enhance overall efficiency.
Requirements :
good understanding of end- to end P2P process,min. 1 year of professional experience,very good knowledge of English (min. B2),finance / accounting background,practical knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and MS Excel,service-oriented mindset,demonstrated ability to partner with business units and collaborate with different teams,strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.The offer :
