Job description

For our Client, an international consumer goods company, we are looking for a candidate for the position of P2P Specialist.

Responsibilities :

provide responsive and efficient support to external stakeholders by addressing inquiries when possible, or by allocating and following up on relevant tickets,
gain expertise in the tool, track workflows in the system, and provide timely responses to internal queries,
specialize in the procurement processes and requirements of specific countries or products, tailoring support services to meet the unique needs and regulations of each country or business unit,
oversee and optimize P2P workflows to ensure efficiency and compliance with company processes, while collaborating with internal teams to streamline workflows and enhance overall effectiveness,
ensure adherence to company policies by executing, monitoring, and reporting any non-compliance to relevant stakeholders,
contribute to the continuous improvement of processes to enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements :

good understanding of end- to end P2P process,

min. 1 year of professional experience,

very good knowledge of English (min. B2),

finance / accounting background,

practical knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and MS Excel,

service-oriented mindset,

demonstrated ability to partner with business units and collaborate with different teams,

strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
