Responsibilities
- PSI (Production‑Sales‑Inventory) Management for TVs in Poland : Utilize the company's PSI mechanism for inventory management, providing weekly / monthly PSI‑related reports and content.
- Customer Demand and forecasting planning : Based on sales forecasts, convert forecasts into specific procurement forecasts and develop procurement plans. Confirm a reasonable procurement plan for N+6 months with business communication.
- Order Delivery Operations : Issue regional PI / PO orders, production delivery, and requirements to the Shenzhen central office for stocking while continuously monitoring production and delivery progress.
- In‑Transit Management : Fully track ocean freight status (e.g., ship date, arrival ETA) and promptly synchronize the latest information with the outbound team to facilitate pre‑planning of customs clearance and warehousing resources.
- Inventory Allocation : After goods arrive at the port and available inventory is generated, allocate inventory fairly and reasonably based on customer order demand across various channels.
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above studied in international trade, supply chain management, logistics management and other related fields.Experience in supply chain, logistics, sales administration, and sales forecasting management; worked in consumer electronics, communications, and high‑tech industries is preferred.Solid knowledge of supply chain management and a practical foundation in international trade; strong supply chain application ability, logical induction ability, and data analysis ability.Reliable, responsible, proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure, and result‑oriented.Able to work in the Warsaw office, proficiency in both Chinese and English.Seniority level
