Visual Communication Designer

Location : Katowice - Remote; Wrocław - 2 days office / 3 days remote

CSS role help enables Business Consulting team’s efficiency and delivery through the key project management, coordination, and content design activities.

We are currently looking for talented individuals to join the CSS Visual Communication Design team in Wrocław / Katowice. Your main responsibility as Visual Communication Designer would be to support Consulting service line through the professional creation of visual materials reflecting EY brand identity.

Your key responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the full cycle of design projects, starting from receiving the request, communication with client, and concept design, up to the presentation of the ideas to the client and preparation of the materials
  • Hold client consultations and provide advisories in areas ranging from conceptual layout to technical assistance
  • Maintain a high quality of service even under time pressure, effectively prioritize, organize, and execute tasks
  • Proofread created materials to ensure high quality of documents and brand consistency, correct any spelling or typographic mistakes
  • Take ownership of projects and processes
  • Strive for excellence and proactively improve provided services
  • Develop good working relationships and proactively anticipate client needs

Skills and attributes for success

  • Any Graduate, preferably Graphic Design / or Master’s degree
  • Previous experience of 3+ years in creative and content designing preferably working on drafting RFI / RFPs
  • Exposure to professional services design team or advertising agencies, experience with “go to market” activities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft apps (PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Assertive, with strong influencing skills
  • Prior experience working with Global cliental preferred
  • Organized and self-disciplined
  • High degree of accuracy
  • Confident in dealing with senior level contacts, internally and externally
  • Openness to support initiatives across organization

    • To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Fluent English communication - both written and verbal
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactiveness and flexibility
  • Ability to function as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and develop

    • Ideally, you also have

  • Additional language will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of Adobe cloud software like InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Blender, Templafy, DeckRobot and other leading apps
  • Power BI, MS Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.
  • Prior experience as PMO
  • Project Management related course / certification
