Job description

responsibilities :

  • Answering customer questions (resellers, IT partners)
  • Logging and tracking support cases in our systems
  • Helping solve software and network problems (with guidance)
  • Supporting basic software / server setup
  • Learning how to read and understand system logs
  • requirements-expected :

  • Good German (C1) and English (at least B2) – you’ll use both daily
  • Basic understanding of IT or a strong interest in technology
  • Willingness to learn about networks, software, and databases
  • Communication skills and a positive attitude
