Join our team as an Enterprise Architect, and you’ll be responsible for driving architecture alignment, creating clarity across fragmented systems, and guiding cross-domain initiatives to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
Working in the Enterprise Architecture function, you will serve as a strategic technology leader helping connect business and technology across retail, fintech, and marketplace digital environments. Your work will directly impact how effectively our platforms support business goals and scale sustainably.

Your responsibilities
Spearhead business-level technical initiatives and resolve domain-level technical issues with clarity and impact
Collaborate with engineering and product leaders to simplify and modernize our technical ecosystem
Serve as a collaborative, global technical advisor and mediator for cross-team architectural conflicts
Proactively lead inclusive architectural alignment across multiple business areas and technology portfolios
Support our internal IC communities (Chapters) in improving delivery speed, quality, and performance
Develop and evolve architecture roadmaps, principles, and domain-level standards
Foster innovation and architectural excellence while shaping a culture of continuous improvement
Align architectural work with enterprise-wide milestones and strategic goals
Create and maintain critical architectural artifacts and frameworks to guide implementation
Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex, domain-level architectural decisions
Foster an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are valued and contribute to architectural decisions
Qualifications
Your skills and qualifications
Extensive experience as a Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect in digital domains (e.g. Retail, Fintech, Marketplace)
Strong technical background with experience in business applications and cloud technologies (ideally AWS)
Deep understanding of modern architecture principles and domain-driven design
Exceptional communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive level
Track record of leading architectural initiatives that span multiple domains or teams
Skilled in resolving ambiguity, managing complexity, and aligning cross-functional initiatives
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field would be a plus
