ERP Support Specialist @ Winged IT

As an ERP Application Support Manager, you will be the first point of contact for ERP-related support in our Poland office. You’ll handle 1st and 2nd-level support, contribute to documentation and training, and collaborate with both local and international teams to ensure smooth ERP operations. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent.;
• 2+ years of professional experience in a similar role;
• Excellent proficiency in English (verbal and written);
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities;
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems (IFS, SAP, or similar);
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a multicultural, tech-driven environment;
• Understanding of business processes in manufacturing, supply chain, or finance.;
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow);
• Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint);
• Exposure to training or onboarding processes.
