We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analysis for a new project.

• Rate up to 170 PLN / hour net + VAT (B2B contract)

Responsibilities :

Analyzing and documenting business requirements.

Designing IT solutions and collaborating with the development team.

Leading workshops with stakeholders.

Creating product backlog and supporting testing activities.

Working with tools like Confluence, SQL, and task management systems.

Analyzing system integrations (REST API, Web Services).

Kogo poszukujemy?

Requirements :

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of SQL.

Familiarity with REST APIs, XML, and JSON.

Ability to create and manage product backlog and write user stories, use cases, BPMN / UML diagrams.

Experience working with stakeholders across different areas of the organization.

Strong analytical thinking and ability to draw accurate conclusions from data.

Very good command of English (minimum B2 level).

Nice to have :

Experience working in the finance sector and on large-scale projects.

Use of AI tools in daily work.
