Senior Data Analyst @ ITDS

Kraków – based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days / week in the office).

As a  Senior Data Analyst , you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution engaged in a multi-year transformation program to enhance data accuracy, reporting, and risk management processes across their markets division. You will contribute to initiatives such as transitioning to a centralized results data store, enhancing P&L explain processes, and supporting improvements in fx position reporting and adjustment governance. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders across Product Control, Traded Risk, and IT, with a strong focus on business analysis, data quality, governance, and process improvement within the Global Markets environment.

You’re ideal for this role if you have :

• Experience in business analysis within financial services
• Prior working knowledge of Markets and Securities Services in a line role
• Project delivery experience of at least two years, including data governance and data lineage
• Strong knowledge of Global Market products and behaviours
• Solid understanding of the full project lifecycle
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work autonomously and contribute to a collaborative team environment
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence across business and technical teams
