For the past 7 years, we’ve been building our own AI platform that supports all communication channels : voice assistants on websites, SIP-based voicebots, email automation, social media messengers, and business systems.

We’re a small, experienced team with big ambitions. We move fast, stay sharp, and skip the layers that slow things down. And we’re looking for someone ready to bring their piece to the puzzle.

Who we’re looking for :

Someone who’s been a senior developer and a team lead and wants to stay close to the code.

Someone who understands what it means to work with a team. Who knows that sometimes things need to move fast but still make sense.

Someone who takes ownership, knows when to say “no,” and knows when to celebrate a win with the team.

You don’t need 10 years of “CTOing.” What you need is clarity, courage, and a real drive .

Our future Tech Lead :

• isn’t afraid of decisions and still enjoys getting into the code
• combines architectural thinking, client experience, and passion for AI
• can roll up their sleeves, design a system, present it to the client, and rally the team around a shared goal
• isn’t fazed by a call with the CISO of a major bank
• works hands-on, supports the team, and takes responsibility
• is proactive, creative, and always ready to test new ideas
• asks sharp questions, connects the dots, and follows through
• knows Generative AI is going to reshape the world and wants to be part of it, including things like RAG, model security, and context engineering

Which skills we’re after :

Bonus points for experience with on-premise deployments,familiarity with SIP protocol,ability to lead technical RFPs or procurement processes.
