Sales Support Specialist

Your responsibilities :

• Operational support your colleagues in Sales Team,
• Caring for excellent customer service and customer satisfaction,
• Preparing reports and analyses for clients based on market data (using Excel and internal platforms),
• Preparing templates for commercial contracts,
• Updating customer data in CRM system,
• Preparing commercial presentations in PowerPoint,
• Invoicing according to orders executed in the ERP system,
• Checking the status of shipments and delivery confirmations to the destination.
