Customer Service Consultant with Bosnian, Croatian or Serbian

Your responsibilities
We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances / RTV equipment.
We are growing and looking for consultants who are enthusiastic and committed to serving customers.
Tasks : 📌
- Provide technical support to equipment users.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems.
- Providing information on products and their functionality.
- Entering requests into the system.
Our requirements
Fluency in Bosnian, Croatian, or Serbian (B2 / C1).Excellent command of English (A2 / B1).Basic knowledge of operating household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV).Communicativeness, willingness to learn.Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.Availability for at least 120 hrs per month; Project hours : Mon–Fri 8 : 00-18 : 00.What we offer
