We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager with strong project coordination skills and experience in working closely with commercial teams. This role will play a key part in delivering consumer engagement initiatives, managing 360 campaigns, and supporting the development of marketing toolboxes. The ideal candidate is highly structured, analytically driven, and able to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, international environment.
YOU WILL
- Lead and coordinate ongoing marketing projects with a focus on 360 consumer engagement campaigns
- Collaborate with commercial stakeholders to support channel evaluation and deployment planning
- Prepare and brief creative and media agencies, ensuring alignment with marketing insights and strategic objectives
- Structure and manage the project lifecycle from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery of assets and toolboxes
- Build annual channel strategies and contribute to toolbox creation to support consumer-facing activities
- Ensure effective communication flow between cross-functional teams (especially Commercial)
- Monitor progress, anticipate risks, and propose actionable solutions
YOU NEED
Commercial background (channel evaluation, deployments, 360 campaign navigation)Proven experience in project management in marketing, trade marketing, or brand activation environmentsStrong stakeholder management skills , especially in working with commercial teamsAbility to understand and apply marketing insights to shape consumer engagement strategiesExperience in briefing and managing external agencies (creative, media)Solid understanding of channel strategy development , 360 campaign planning, and toolbox creationStrong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insightsExcellent organizational skills and ability to work under time pressure with limited onboardingCommercial background will be considered a strong assetFluency in EnglishAvailability to work within European time zonesNice to Have
