Salesforce Solution Architect

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team. As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in the implementation of a Digital Retirement Advisory solution for one of the largest Insurance & Pension organizations.

The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Poland.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of the Salesforce implementation project. You will work closely with the project leadership team and act as the go-to person for all Salesforce-related matters. Your key responsibilities will include driving the core architecture for the solution, providing expert guidance on Salesforce best practices, and advising on a migration strategy to transition from legacy systems to the new platform. You will collaborate with client-side architects and business analysts to understand solution requirements and integration needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for Salesforce implementation, providing guidance and support to the delivery team
• Design and develop the core architecture for the Digital Retirement Advisory solution
• Advise on best practices for Salesforce architecture and ensure adherence to out-of-the-box functionality
• Collaborate with client-side architects and business analysts to understand solution requirements and integration needs
• Contribute to an interdisciplinary team by sharing your expertise and collaborating with various stakeholders
• Develop and maintain architecture designs that serve as references for test cases, training materials, and documentation
• Conduct quality assurance testing and review to ensure the final output meets the required standards
