RemoDevsWarszawa, PolandWe are looking for an experienced QA Lead to drive quality assurance
processes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal
candidate will have extensive experience in manual and automation testing,
API testing, mobile testing, and non-functional testing while efficiently
managing a team. This role requires a strategic mindset to define and execute
test strategies, ensuring product stability, security, and performance. The QA
Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain high testing
standards and improve QA efficiency. Additionally, the QA Lead will take full
ownership of the Product account, oversee QAs reporting to them, and work
with other leads to enhance QA processes.
- 7-8+ years of experience in QA, automation testing, and team leadership.
- Strong expertise in manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Cypress.
- Experience in API testing (Postman, REST Assured) and mobile testing (Android, iOS).
- Hands-on experience in performance testing using JMeter.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with CI / CD integration, DevOps, and test automation best practices.
- Experience using JIRA, Slack, and test case management tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities.
- Experience in risk-based testing and compliance requirements.
