As part of this journey, they are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their leadership team in Poland. This role offers a blend of strategic influence and operational involvement, ideal for a well-rounded HR professional.
About the role
The HR Business Partner will play a key role in aligning people initiatives with business goals. The position involves working closely with both local leadership and broader group functions to support teams across multiple locations. Responsibilities include :
Partnering with leadership to design and implement HR initiatives.
Supporting various business units with recruitment, performance management, and learning and development.
Managing day-to-day HR operations, including payroll and compliance.
Embedding company-wide initiatives through effective communication and change management.
Acting as a trusted advisor on people matters across departments.
Candidate profile
We’re seeking a proactive HR professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is comfortable working across functions. The ideal candidate will have :
5+ years of generalist HR experience, ideally in complex or matrixed organisations.
Strong interpersonal and advisory skills, particularly with senior stakeholders.
Experience across key HR functions such as recruitment, compliance, payroll, L&D, and performance management.
A hands-on, solutions-focused mindset with strong cultural awareness.
Fluency in Polish and a good command of English.
Flexibility to travel within Poland as required.
