Your responsibilities
- Design and execute manual test cases for mobile and web applications.
- Proactively hunt for defects and propose UX and product improvements.
- Participate in shift-left development and shift-right monitoring using real-time analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, product managers) from requirement analysis through testing to release.
- Advocate for quality engineering practices; use test analytics and metrics to continuously optimize strategy.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss progress, priorities, and quality improvements.
- Conducting presentations on behalf of the QA team for the business clients.
- Test backend functionalities using Postman, ensuring API reliability, accuracy, and compliance with requirements.
- Test and validate databases using MongoDB and SQL, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems.
- Design and execute integration tests to verify proper interaction between system components and external services.
- Apply knowledge of AI tools to boost productivity in test design, execution, and defect detection.
Must-have
Strong Polish (B2+) and English (B2+) with technical vocabulary and great communication skills.Deep attention to detail, quality mindset, and passion for product excellence.Agile / Scrum knowledge and experience.Strong testing knowledge to design effective test strategies, select appropriate techniques, and ensure comprehensive coverage across functional and non-functional areas.Experience in API / backend testing (e.g., Postman).Knowledge of accessibility standards WCAG and practical experience with accessibility testing tools.Strong organization, independence, and self-discipline.Creative mindset—able to suggest ideas and improvements beyond bug detection.Use browser DevTools to test and debug HTML and CSS, ensuring correct rendering, responsiveness, and adherence to design specifications.Knowledge of HTTP methods to test APIs effectively and ensure correct request / response behaviour across endpoints.Familiarity with cross-device testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack).Curiosity and openness to adopting AI-driven workflows in QA.Nice-to-have
