Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and professional Accounting Manager to join our team in this key role. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic work environment while developing your leadership skills and supporting meaningful business goals.

What will you be doing?

In this role, your responsibilities will include :

  • Managing Accounts Payable, supplier accounting, and financial operations for a multi-million-dollar business unit.
  • Conducting financial analysis to identify risks, evaluate exposures, and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Training and developing team members to enhance their functional expertise and performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining sound financial controls.
  • Partnering with business leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Setting team direction, defining performance objectives, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

What are we looking for?

We would be happy to meet candidates who meet the following criteria :

  • At least 8 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a 4-year degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or 6 years with an advanced degree).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop employees.
  • Expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, and data management.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and financial controls.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in financial tools and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
