About the project
Senior eCommerce Data Analyst guides and provides advanced expertise on eCommerce analytics concepts for the organization. Person in this role applies and inspires the adoption of advanced web analytics across the eCommerce landscape and takes the lead to deliver data & analytics solutions. He / She partners with stakeholders to understand business case (works closely with Product Owners), defines solution, and oversees configuration & development (liaise with other data development teams).
An important part of the role is to be a point of contact for business stakeholders to understand and assess the needs, navigate complex data (behavioral, transactional, customer related) to extract complete and accurate insights supporting strategic and operational business decisions.
Your responsibilities
Coordinate and advise on Google Analytics and Tag Manager setup for eCommerceDesign measurement plans, implement tags / events, and document configurationsCollaborate with marketing, development, and data teams to align tracking with business goalsOversee testing, troubleshoot GTM issues, and ensure data accuracyManage GTM and GA accounts and support end usersConduct full-cycle data analysis, from requirements gathering to reporting and insightsAnalyse customer, transactional, and web data to identify opportunities and challengesSupport data-driven projects, develop eCommerce data models, and A / B testing processesDeliver training on web analytics and reporting toolsOur requirements
High level of expertise in Google Analytics (including GA4), Google Tag Manager, A / B testing toolsAt least 7 years of experience working as an eCommerce Data Analyst or in a similar roleBachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Mathematics, Econometrics, Quantitative Methods, Computer Science, or related disciplineDeep understanding of the eCommerce platform development process and how it integrates with tracking systemsFamiliarity with how eCommerce platforms are structured and how product data, user actions (e.g., add to cart, checkout), and transactions are handledWorking knowledge of BigQuery (advanced), SQL, and ExcelHands-on experience with developing dashboards in data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI)Proficiency with Hotjar, Clarity (or equivalent)Fluent Polish requiredResiding in Poland requiredWhat we offer
