Recruitment for
You will join an international HR team responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing compensation structures for global and regional employee populations. The team partners closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and senior leadership to ensure alignment between reward strategies, business goals, and market standards.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys analytical work, values structured frameworks, and wants to drive data-based decision-making within a fast-paced, evolving organization.
Your responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of global and local compensation programs (salary structures, short- and long-term incentive schemes, pay-for-performance models)
- Perform market benchmarking and job evaluations using survey data from providers such as Mercer, Radford, or Willis Towers Watson
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations during annual salary reviews, promotion cycles, and bonus processes
- Partner with HRBPs and business stakeholders on compensation proposals, policies, and offers for new hires
- Maintain compensation-related data and documentation in internal systems (e.g. Workday, Excel, Power BI)
- Support compensation governance, internal audits, and policy compliance
- Collaborate on global HR initiatives such as job architecture, grading, and pay equity analysis
Employer requirements
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or related HR analytics rolesProven experience with benchmarking tools and compensation surveys (Mercer, Radford, etc.)Strong Excel skills; knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Workday or SuccessFactors is a plusFluent in English (spoken and written); ability to work in an international environmentExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a structured work styleAbility to explain complex topics in a clear and concise way to HR and business partnerWhat employer offers
