Job descriptionTo take our technological vision to the next level, we are looking for an experienced CTO who will take ownership of our entire IT infrastructure, co-create new digital products, and design a future-ready system architecture. As CTO, you will be responsible for the overall technology strategy at HEADFOUND. You will develop a sustainable enterprise architecture and lead a growing tech team. Technology leadership : define and implement the technical roadmap in line with the product and business strategy Design and develop modern software and cloud architectures for scalable applications based on Microsoft Azure Enterprise architecture : build and evolve a scalable, modular platform architecture (API-first, cloud-native, integration-ready) Optimize CI / CD pipelines Plan features and user stories using Azure DevOps as part of weekly sprints Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders as a technical consultant Several years of professional experience in software and cloud architecture Alternatively, experience in roles such as : Software Architect for Cloud Applications / Cloud Software Architect / Lead Architect / Tech Lead / CTO In-depth knowledge of Azure cloud technologies and microservice architectures Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and infrastructure as code (IaC) Proficiency in the TypeScript programming language Hands-on experience with CI / CD pipelines Excellent English language skills Fully remote work Personal development with a dedicated coach Regular team events private medical care remote work opportunities Multisport card
