Job description2-4 years of experience in Roku app development using BrightScript. Experience in web development with React / JavaScript / TypeScript etc. Strong working knowledge of Roku Api’s and libraries. Experience with consuming REST APIs in Roku Applications Understanding of video streaming content delivery protocols such as HLS, DASH Experience in using media players on various Roku platforms Understanding of distributed multi-tier infrastructure. Practical use of design patterns. Knowledge of cloud-based services like AWS and GCP. Our client created a streaming platform that offers access to live sports events for a flat fee. The service is currently available in over 200 countries around the world.
The platform offers over 800 sports events per year. Customers can watch live football matches in the best leagues in Europe (Premier League, Bundesliga, La Liga), international competitions (World and European Championships), as well as all the most important games in such disciplines as basketball, American football, baseball, ice hockey, tennis, and combat sports.
