ABOUT THE ROLE
Join as a Senior AWS / Security Networking Engineer to shape secure, scalable cloud networks that drive business impact. You’ll influence design decisions, optimize infrastructure, and collaborate across teams, gaining hands-on experience with AWS and security while growing in a dynamic, innovation-focused environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design, implement, and optimize AWS networking solutions (VPC design, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, VPN, PrivateLink, Route 53, ALB / NLB, etc.);
- Define and enforce security standards in alignment with NIST and CIS benchmarks;
- Conduct network and security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and drive remediation plans;
- Support incident response and troubleshooting across the network and security stack;
- Automate routine tasks using infrastructure-as-code and security-as-code best practices;
- Partner with governance, risk, and compliance teams to maintain audit readiness.
MUST HAVES
3+ years of experience;AWS Certified Advanced Networking – Specialty certification;Networking expertise : core networking concepts (routing, DNS, firewalls, load balancers);Knowledge of AWS networking constructs (VPCs, subnets, security groups, NACLs, Transit Gateway, etc.);Security expertise : strong knowledge of NIST frameworks and CIS benchmarks ;Hands-on experience with AWS security services (IAM, KMS, GuardDuty, Security Hub, WAF, Shield, etc.);Understanding of encryption, key management, and secure data flows;Proficiency in IaC tools (Terraform) ;Familiarity with SIEM, intrusion detection / prevention, and vulnerability scanning tools;Excellent oral and written communication skills;Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative environment;Upper-intermediate English level.NICE TO HAVES
