Role mission

Design, build, and scale a reliable, modular AI automation and workflow architecture that powers internal operations and customer-facing products. This person transforms high-level ideas into production-grade systems that are stable, observable, documented, and extendable.

Requirements

Top 6 Performance Objectives

1. Architect and deliver the first end-to-end AI automation systems

• Assess current automation needs across departments (Ops, Growth, SEO, Risk, CS).
• Design 3–5 priority workflows using n8n + Python / TS microservices + APIs.
• Ensure every workflow includes retries, error-handling, logging, and observability.

2. Build a scalable AI integration framework (first 4–6 months)

3. Implement observability, monitoring, and reliability standards (first 120 days)

4. Translate vague business requests into production-grade automations (ongoing)

5. Establish internal standards & documentation for all automations

6. Lead the automation function and mentor technical contributors
