Job descriptionCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth process adoption Address concerns and drive engagement Identify and proactively mitigate program risks Provide regular updates and maintain documentation Align reporting with the overall program manager Ensure compliance with internal methodologies, SAP Activate, and best practices Oversee data migration efforts in alignment with SAP Supervise testing processes in coordination with the Test Management Team 10+ years of project management experience Proven track record in : Managing complex organizations and programs Leading large SAP S / 4HANA transformation programs, especially in functional areas A strong leader with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams Structured and adaptable, capable of managing complexity and change An effective communicator with fluency in English Confident working across teams, stakeholders, and external partners B2B via Experis Sports card Life insurance Private health insurance 100% remote

Position Overview
We are looking for a SAP Program Manager Co-Lead to support and co-lead of the transformation. This role involves overseeing functional workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of blueprints, leading fit-to-template workshops, and managing data migration and test planning in collaboration with SAP and internal teams.
