Inviting applications for the role of PTP Lead – Assistant Manager – German – Remote Poland
In this role, you will lead and manage the accounts payable (AP) processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end AP process, including invoice processing, payment execution, and vendor management.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments.
- Manage a team of AP associates, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and adherence to accounting policies and procedures.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the AP function.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive initiatives to achieve targets.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Fluency in German and a strong command of EnglishBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related fieldRelevant years of experience in management within the AP function, preferably end-to-end processProficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems such as SAP or OracleStrong understanding of accounting principles and standardsExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred Qualifications / Skills
