Daily close collaboration with the digital team, QA team, and developers in the Czech Republic, including task creation and prioritization, backlog management, testing, and ensuring high-quality deployments.
Analyzing user behavior on the website, identifying friction points, drawing conclusions, and translating them into measurable improvements in the user journey.
Searching for and defining (including creating wireframes in Figma) solutions that maximize conversions, optimize the funnel, and enhance UX. Preparing action plans, implementing them, and monitoring results.
Updating content according to business needs (especially product-related), and creating landing pages based on sales and product potential analysis.
Planning and executing marketing and sales activities on exim.pl in cooperation with marketing, product, and sales departments.
Monitoring e-commerce trends, keeping an eye on the competition, and implementing innovative solutions to boost efficiency and sales growth.
Monitoring and reporting the results of implemented optimizations and KPI achievements.

Proven experience in e-commerce development, with a track record of improving conversion rates, user experience, and sales growth.
Proficiency in CMS, Jira, and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma), along with knowledge of UX principles and basic HTML.
Experience working with Agile methodologies, leading projects, and collaborating with development teams.
Confidence in defining development vision, translating business goals into actionable requirements, managing stakeholder expectations, and creatively identifying paths to achieve objectives.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Awareness of evolving e-commerce trends.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Higher education (at least a bachelor’s or engineering degree).
