    • about-project :

  • Join a team responsible for the quality and reliability of modern voice solutions — including voicebots, IVR flows, and backend integrations. You’ll work at the intersection of conversational AI and cloud platforms, supporting complex environments built on Genesys, Cognigy.AI, AWS, and CRM systems.

    • responsibilities :

  • Defining the overall test strategy and test plans for ongoing and new voice-related projects
  • Designing and executing manual and automated test cases for voicebot logic, IVR flows, call routing, and backend services
  • Coordinating end-to-end regression and integration testing across Genesys, Cognigy, CRM, and AWS
  • Collaborating with developers, analysts, and product owners to validate user stories and requirements
  • Managing test data, environment setup, call simulations, and validation scripts
  • Supporting UAT with business users and external vendors

    • requirements-expected :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automated testing
  • At least 3 years of experience in testing voice systems (IVR, voicebots, call routing)
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Selenium, Postman, SoapUI, Robot Framework, and Cyara or Twilio Test Tools
  • Knowledge of platforms : Genesys (Cloud or On-Prem), Cognigy.AI, AWS (Lambda, API Gateway)
  • Familiarity with CI / CD and version control tools : GitHub Actions, Git
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, DORA)
  • Fluent Polish required
