Your responsibilities

Customs & Logistics Operations :

Manage daily logistics and customs clearance across Europe, ensuring efficiency and compliance. Resolve issues, refine metrics, and standardize workflows.

Supplier & System Management :

Lead supplier negotiations, improve service quality, and optimize logistics systems with automation and rule-based upgrades.

Projects & Collaboration :

Drive key projects, align cross-functional teams, and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

Team Leadership :

Translate strategy into action, foster collaboration, and lead team development and onboarding.

Our requirements

• Qualifications
• Experience : 5+ years in international air freight operations, with a preference for European cross-border logistics experience. Experience with customs clearance operations.
• Language : Proficiency in English, with strong business writing and professional communication skills.
• Competencies
• Strong resilience in dynamic regulatory environments, with solid EU compliance knowledge (e.g., GDPR).
• End-to-end workflow expertise and proven team leadership.
• Analytical, accountable, and results-driven.
• Team management ability.
• Cross-team communication and coordination ability.
