Role Description
The position of Operations Training Manager is pivotal in ensuring effective knowledge management and training within the organization. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing the Operational Academy, organizing and building the architecture of Learning & Development (L&D) in production, coordinating certification programs, and facilitating trainer engagement. Additionally, this role encompasses consolidating KPIs to monitor service activity and performance, coordinating training inquiries, creating training materials, and managing the LMS system and educational platforms. The Operations Training Manager will also serve as the point of contact within Corporate Manufacturing for the group’s L&D team.
