About The Role

We’re seeking a Product Analyst to join Tabby’s Loyalty team, driving how we engage, retain, and grow our customer base. You’ll analyze user behavior, define key loyalty metrics, and make insights accessible across the organization.

Your work will include designing data structures, ensuring data quality, and creating dashboards and visualizations that empower teams to act fast.

What you’ll be doing

• Build and refine loyalty metrics to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making.
• Develop dashboards, data structures, data quality checks, and other solutions to make loyalty insights widely accessible.
• Translate business requirements and questions into clear analytical frameworks, generating hypotheses and actionable insights.
• Partner closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to collaborate on strategic direction and ad hoc requests.
• Design, execute, and analyze A / B and multivariate experiments to optimize loyalty features, offers, and user journeys.
• Create clear and engaging data visualizations and reports that make complex insights easy to understand.
