Testowanie to obszar, w którym czujesz się świetnie, a dodatkowo posiadasz

doświadczenie w prowadzeniu zespołów i chcesz rozwijać się dalej jako lider jakości?

Szukasz środowiska, w którym Twoje kompetencje przełożą się na realny wpływ na

procesy, ludzi i końcowy produkt? A przy tym wszystkim zależy Ci na stabilnym

zatrudnieniu i długofalowej współpracy? Idealnie – właśnie takiej osoby szukamy!

Twoja praca będzie polegała na :

Tworzeniu i nadzorowaniu strategii testów oraz planów testowych dla projektów
Zarządzaniu projektowym zespołem testerów – mentoringu, planowaniu zadań,

rozwoju kompetencji zespołu

Udziale w spotkaniach z klientem, definiowaniu wymagań jakościowych i

ustalaniu celów testowych

Monitorowaniu postępów testów oraz raportowaniu wyników do interesariuszy

projektowych

Zapewnieniu zgodności procesów testowych z obowiązującymi standardami oraz

najlepszymi praktykami

Współpracy z zespołami developerskimi, analitykami oraz managerami projektów

w środowisku Agile / Scrum

Ciągłej optymalizacji procesów testowych oraz wdrażaniu nowoczesnych

narzędzi i rozwiązań

Do realizacji zadań będzie Ci potrzebna :

Umiejętność tworzenia oraz nadzorowania strategii testów i planów testowych w

projektach IT

Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem testerów, w tym w planowaniu zadań,

mentoringu i rozwijaniu kompetencji zespołu

Kompetencje w zakresie współpracy z klientami – zbieranie wymagań,

definiowanie celów testowych, uczestnictwo w spotkaniach projektowych

Zdolność monitorowania przebiegu testów i raportowania wyników do

interesariuszy

Znajomość współczesnych technologii wykorzystywanych do testów

automatycznych (Cypress, Playwright)

Znajomość narzędzi do zarządzania testami : Azure Test Plans, TestRail, Xray

Doświadczenie w wykorzystywaniu narzędzi AI do optymalizacji pracy

Doświadczenie we współpracy z zespołami developerskimi, analitykami oraz

kierownikami projektów w środowisku Agile / Scrum

Proaktywne podejście do optymalizacji procesów testowych oraz otwartość na

wdrażanie nowoczesnych rozwiązań (np. narzędzi AI, praktyk DevOps)

Bardzo dobra znajomość j. angielskiego (min. B2)

Ucieszy nas jeśli posiadasz :

Bardzo dobra znajomość języka niemieckiego

Certyfikacja ISTQB Kierownik Testów / Analityk Testów
