We are looking for a Camunda Architect responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable business process automation solutions using the Camunda 8 BPM platform. You will work closely with our development and business teams, creating and maintaining robust Camunda-based applications, and ensuring high-quality software delivery through proper architecture design, implementation, and adherence to best practices.

Responsibilities :
Analyzing business processes and workflows to propose automation solutions using Camunda BPM platform
Defining and implementing technical architecture and design of Camunda-based applications
Setting up enterprise architecture principles and guidelines for organization-wide implementations
Building integration components aligned to Camunda Connector SDK using Java
Developing, testing, deploying, and troubleshooting Camunda processes, services, forms, and decision tables
Providing guidance and mentoring to other developers on Camunda development best practices
Collaborating with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders
Monitoring, optimizing, and troubleshooting performance of Camunda applications
Contributing to the development of architecture standards and best practices
Supporting continuous integration and deployment processes
Requirements :
Minimum 6 years of experience in architecting solutions using Camunda / Flowable
Strong knowledge of Java, BPMN, SpringBoot, AWS, and containerization (EKS)
Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
Experience in integrating Camunda with databases, messaging systems, and cloud services
Hands-on knowledge of Camunda 8 self-managed installation and multi-tenant architecture
Proficiency with Git, Artifactory, JIRA, and Confluence
Understanding of Domain Driven Design principles
Experience with CI / CD practices for Camunda applications
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Hybrid workplace : at least 2 days of work from Warsaw Office
