  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding orders via email and phone.

  • Managing daily orders and order-related tasks.
  • Identifying new business opportunities.
  • Providing quotes and creating product offers.
  • Managing customer expectations.
  • Ensuring timely issuance and sending of invoices to clients.
